2. How We Use Your Information

- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- Process subscriptions, payments, and refunds;
- Generate AI analysis on the race programs you upload;
- Improve the AI by analyzing aggregated, anonymized usage and outcome data;
- Communicate with you about your account, the Service, and changes to our terms or policies;
- Provide customer support;
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Photographs and AI Processing
When you upload a photograph of a race program, the image is transmitted to our AI processing infrastructure. The AI extracts the race data, generates analysis, and returns the result to you. Photographs and the extracted data are stored in your analysis history so that you can review prior races. Anonymized and aggregated data derived from uploads may be used to train and improve our AI models. You may delete any individual analysis from your account at any time.
4. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers. We share information with vendors who help us operate the Service, such as our payment processor, cloud hosting provider, email delivery service, and analytics provider. These vendors are bound by contract to use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal compliance. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Get Fixed Bets, our members, or others.
